职位描述：
Provide leadership of Warehouse
？Participate in strategy development with the MXA Management team
？Ensure that policies and procedures are created, maintained, and followed
？Administer systems to ensure error-free shipments for both inbound and outbound
？Interface with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, and Logistics team to meet customer and compliance requirements
Manage fiscal affairs
？Ensure that controls are in place and are SOX compliant
？Manage the Warehouse budget
Oversee Warehouse integration activities
？Coordinate Warehouse strategies
？Collaborate with the Business Operations, Finance, and Sales departments to establish sustainable systems strategies
？Oversee Functional Area Service Delivery
Oversee the Performance Management of the Warehouse
？Lead staff meetings and communications
？Manage organizational structure, staffing, and culture within Warehouse
？Supervise staff through coaching and succession planning
？Manage performance of direct reports and that of the overall team while providing learning and growth opportunities
？Support and contribute to developing, modifying, and executing company policies
？Identify and implement system and process improvements
？Develop, monitor, and report performance metrics
Warehouse Daily Work
？Ensure timely and Accurate Receipts of Incoming Inventory and Non-Inventory Shipments
？Inventory stock cycle count accuracy is 99.9%
？Provide communication regarding job expectations and changes
？Provide a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment

Qualifications
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
？Supply Chain Management
？Management
？Manufacturing
？Production and Operations Management (POM)
？Related field of study
Experience Requirement
5 years’ experience in any of the following disciple with minimum 2 years people management or supervisory experience
？Supply Chain
？Warehouse/Inventory Control
？Operations Management
？Order Fulfillment
？Production/Manufacturing
？Management/Leadership
？Logistics
？Related Field
Language
？Excellent English & Data Analysis skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
