1、负责招聘渠道的开发、维护；
2、负责郑州分公司各项目人员招聘、面试组织、入职跟进、员工沟通；
3、负责参与项目员工关系管理。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，人力资源、企业管理相关专业；
2、23-35岁，性别不限；
3、良好的沟通能力、抗压能力、团队意识，有企业招工工作经验者优先；
4、应届毕业生亦可。
