职位描述：
岗位职责：

一、客服热线工作：

1、接听客服电话，熟练受理客户的各种业务需求。

2、使用标准客服服务用语，向客户提供准确、迅速、亲切、周到的服务。

3、努力学习，不断总结服务工作的实际经验，提高自身的业务素质与业务技能。

4、对客户服务过程中发现的问题及时反馈，并积极提出改进意见和建议。

5、每班认真填写交接班日志，每日汇总统计报表，并将结果及时上报。

二、部门内勤工作：

1、信息资料的收集，规范的更新购买。

2、部门档案的整理和归档、管理、借阅登记。

3、图纸的发放，督促相关审图人及时出审图意见。

4、负责部门制度的编写及监督执行。
