职位描述：
Responsible:
To support KS China in the areas of New project launching:
o Select, Support and develop and coach the service providers in the market.
o Warranty Cost management process and control
o Follow up l KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
？ First Visit Completion
？ Repair Cycle Time
？ Field complain management
？ All Service operations performance ratios
？ Cost per Intervention
o Product safety and property damages related cases
o Project Management (Eastern & Northern China) – To coordinate with Project Sales China on all project stages, from initial bidding to final project hand-over
o To ensure all projects managed in professional way to prevent any issue in future (after product installation). All potential product installation issues shall be minimized during the project stages, minimizing the risk of product recall, replacement, repair or return. Minimizing the after sales service costs
o Provide technical training to relevant stake holders (Developer, service agent, distributors, Sales staffs…etc) for projects


Requirement:
Degree in technical field (electronic or mechanical)
Professional experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in the consumer appliances business.
Good presentations skills
Process/project management capabilities
Focus on results - making sure that things get done
Flexibility to travel
Good English communication skill
Good analytical skill
