Manufacturing Engineer intern provides support to manufacturing Engineer on work instruction creation,tooling programing and time study, this person directly report to group supervisor
制造工程师实习生为制造工程师提供编写作业指导书,工具编程和工时分析的支持工作, 这个岗位直接汇报给团队主管

Duties and Responsibilities 职务和职责:
Learn and create and maintain standard work for operator, including Job Instruction, Inspection Checklist in both Chinese and English.
学习并建立和维护操作工的标准作业，包括中英文的作业指导书，自检表等
Learn and support product test work, tool programing and production equipment maintenance
学习并支持产品测试工作,工具编程生产设备维护
Learn and use time study tools to create and maintenance standard work time, and responsible for labour hour analysis and productivity improvement
学习并使用时间测量工具建立和维护标准工时，负责工时分析和效率改善
Support company policies, including but not limited to, EH&S, Ethics, ACE, and the Quality Management System
支持公司政策，包括但不限于EH＆S，职业道德，ACE和质量管理体系等政策。
Support cross-functional activities
支持跨部门的活动
Other tasks assigned by supervisor/Manager
主管/经理分配的其他任务。

Qualifications and Experience 任职资格和经验:
Education 教育
College 3rd year above.
大专以上学历

Related Work Experience 相关工作经验
Work or internship experience in MNC or Aerospace industry is advantage.
有外资企业工作经验或实习经验者优先

Key Competency 关键能力与素质
Good knowledge of digital circuit or electronics.
良好的数字电路及电子装置知识。
Good knowledge of computer data structure and computer programing
良好的计算机数据结构及计算机编程知识
Good knowledge of I/O communication protocols and coding
良好的I/O草拟及编码知识
Be able to plan, program and test tool scripts per tool instruction and user requirement
能够根据工具说明书及用户手册计划、安排及测试工具脚本。
Good skill on MS office and computer programing (C or C++)
在MS Office 及计算机编程方面技能突出（C或C++）
Eye vision requirement: Both eyes better than 1.0(Near & Far Vision)
视力要求：双眼裸眼视力1.0（近视及远视）
Pass hospital standard Color Perception test.
通过医院标准色觉测试。

Communication capability 沟通水平
CET-4 above, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
英文四级以上，出色的书面和口头沟通能力。
