职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities 职务和职责:
1. On time materials issuing to support production TAT
及时安排物料以确保生产运作周期。
2. Ensure materials are stored as per storage requirements, remove shelf life item from serviceable store before expiration date
确保物料仓储符合存储要求，调度仓储确保仓储物质在有效期内。
3. To perform on time receiving inspection for incoming goods as per right procedure
按照正确流程准时对入库的货物执行来料验收。
4. Packing and arrange on time shipments as per production requirements
根据生产要求，包装并准时安排装运。
5. File the certificates of materials and related documents as requested
根据要求对材料检验证书及相关文件进行归档。
6. To perform wire cutting and management the supermarket in the wiring area
负责切线并管理线材超市。
7. Assist on Customs declaration such as reconciliation
协助完成报关单诸如对账等事务。
8. Perform duties that are relevant to the material department or as directed by the department leader or manager
完成物料部门相关的，以及部门领导或经理安排的其他工作
9. Source and determine suitability of international and domestics freight providers for Company’s needs;
为满足公司需要寻找国内国际货代并确定其是否适合；
10.Develop and maintain effective and efficient international and domestic freight solutions;
制订并维护有效的国内国际货运解决方案；
11.Monitor providers performance to ensure that they are contributing effectively to company’s objectives;
监督贷代的绩效，确保货代能够有效的帮助实现公司目标；
12.Monitor and ensure import and export compliances:
监督并确保进出口的合规性；
13.Develop and maintain effective and efficient solutions for the manufacturing handbook;
为制造手册制订并维护有效的解决方案；
14.Review and audit customs documentation.
审查海关文件；
15.Maintains quality record retention process and advises other functional groups of Customs regulations.
维护质量记录保持程序，告知其它职能部门海关规定；
16.Interface with Xian authorities and bureaus on day-to-day equipment and product Clearances
就日常设备和产品的清关与西安有关当局沟通；
17.Responsible for handbook management, reconciliation and document integrity
负责手册管理、协调和文件的完整性。
18.Other tasks assigned by department manager
经理安排的其他工作

Qualifications and Experience 任职资格和经验:
Education 教育
1. College and above, major in Logistics is preferred
大专以上,物流专业优先

Related experience 相关工作经验
1. Minimum3 years China custom clearance and handbook experience preferably in Xian.
最低3年中国海关清关和核销经验，在西安有相关经验者优先考虑；
2. Some employment experience with MNCs in a similar function
在MNCs 类似职能中有相关工作经验；
3. Prior experience / knowledge in EPZ
之前有过EPZ经验/知识

English capability 英语水平
1. Basic English communication skills both in verbal and written
基本的英语口语及书写能力。
