职位描述： 
1、在产长的指导下进行工作。
2、实行全程导乐分娩，负责正常产妇的接产工作，协助医师进行难产的接产工作，做好接产准备，注意产程进展和变化，遇产妇并发症或婴儿窒息时，应采取紧急措施，并报告医师。
3、密切观察产妇分娩前后的情况，严格执行无菌、消毒、隔离等技术操作常规，注意保护会阴及产妇婴安全，严防差错事故发生。
4、填写新生儿登记及婴儿病案、产程观察记录和分娩登记、产后随访卡片。根据需要进行产后随访。
5、检查、补充分娩室应用的药品、敷料、器材等。
6、经常保持分娩室的整洁，定期进行消毒，遇有传染病者，做好隔离消毒，防止交叉感染。
7、做好母乳喂养、计划生育围产期保健和妇婴卫生的宣教工作，并进行技术指导。
 
岗位要求： 
1、55岁以下，助产专业毕业，初级以上职称及高年资助产师；具有《母婴保健技术合格证》； 
2、能够熟练开展产科常规无痛、导乐式分娩等技术及新生儿复苏的能力；
3、2年以上二甲以上医院产房工作经验者优先； 
4、具备有良好的沟通协调能力，应急能力，突发事件处理能力。
