职位描述：
商务售前询价,报价及时处理。24-48小时内回复完毕，当天下班前1小时的邮件需在当日工作日内完成。
Manage the enquiry and give the quotation in time. Finish all the enquiries within 24-48 hrs. Email issue which received 1 hr before off duty, must be finished on that day.
销售合同及工厂订单的准备，核对。
Prepare and check sales contract and purchase order to factory.
订单物流的询价和跟踪。
Inquiry and follow up with the delivery of orders.
报价及销售合同的月统计报表。
Make the monthly report of quotation and sales contract.
销售合同的付款跟踪及催付款。发票的开具等。
Make the sales contract payment tracking and asking for payment as same as Fapiao issue.
每月核对一次财务确认销售未收款明细单。
Check with finance department about the overdue payment list monthly.
销售合同的问题协调处理安排。
