Yagao Meihua Hotel Management Co., Ltd. is the exclusive master-franchisee operating and developing in Mainland China for midscale brands (Novotel and Mercure), as well as the upscale Grand Mercure brand. Our company brings together the best of Huazhu and Accor groups, combining Accor’s internationally recognized brands and powerful global distribution network with the extensive coverage, local reputation and strong development capability of Huazhu Hotels Group in China.
Opening projects: Novotel Qingdao, Grand Mercure& Mercure Longhu Mountain, Mercure Tianshui.
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for the entire hotel operations. His/Her scope of responsibilities covers the financial results (revenues cost of sales, payroll &related expenses, other expenses, departmental incomes, gross operating income, gross operation profit, new & replacement investments etc.), adherence to hotel brand standards of product and service and ISO system, management of human resources, and Sales & Marketing strategy;
- Welcoming and communicating with the guests;
- Co-operate with service vendors and follows hotel service standards to meet customers’ satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years relevant experience and 2 years hotel manager / GM experience;
- Good commend of English and Mandarin, both oral and written;
- Good team leadership; Mature and sensitive in managing and resolving people issues;
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, positive;
- Sound business acumen;
- Thrive on challenges;
- University degree major in hotel or restaurant management or related fields.
