工作职能
Takes active part in designing and development of programs necessary to facilitate a blended learning approach in BHHG focused on standrads aligment, skill development and performance optimization. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to migrate existing materials into the most appropriate learning technology format, focusing on content development and execution for knowledge based training, design/testing, facilitator guides.

工作内容

Design and develop on-line training curriculum considering business needs using a variety of methods ( video tutorials, demonstrations, videos, e-learning courses, etc)
设计和开发在线培训课程，考虑商务需要使用各种方法(视频教程,示范,视频,电子学习课程,等等)
Review existing learning programs on a continuous basis to ensure relevancy, accuracy of content and appropriateness of delivery methods.
审查现有的学习项目在连续的基础上确保相关性,准确的内容,恰当的交付方法。
Initiates edits, updates and/or re-designs content to ensure all such programs remain in alignment with business, human resources and training objectives and expectations.
启动编辑、更新和/或重新设计内容,以确保所有这些项目仍然符合业务,人力资源和培训目标和期望。
Configure and upload materials on the learning platform. If necessary modify the content for use on mobile or tablet.

Stay up-to-date with latest design methods and technologies. Shares best practices from the market and makes recommendations for company.
保持更新最新的设计方法和技术。提出建议的***实践。
Cooperates with tutors, trainers, users or development teams to create online learning materials.
Delivers learning products on time and within budget.

基本岗位要求
1、 Background in adult learning, instructional design or online course development大专基本及本科以上学历，网络课程开发或者教学设计相关专业
2、 Experience in creating technical/ softwear training content开创过网上教学培训经验
3、 Experience in SCORM and advanced e-learning technologies (Articulate, Camtasia, Storyline)

4、 Experience with learning management systems and learning content management
