PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assist department head for business development;
2.Lead a project management team for carrying out assignment;
3.Establish good relationship with Client and sustain long term relationships;
4.Undertake and prepare request for proposal and issue tender documents on behalf of C&W;
5.Lead tender analysis, cost comparison and etc.
6.Control project cost, time and quality for project;
7.Undertake paper work and report work as per standard process;
8.Smoothly delivery of projects as a project team leader;
9.Filling all communication from PM to Other party in the project, such as Client, Contractors;
10.Accept over time work and business trip or station outside of Shanghai per needs / requests;
11.Accept challenges for successful delivery of assignment;
12.Other works to be assigned by Department Head.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
1.7 to 10 years project management or relative working experience;
2.Above Bachelor degree and major in construction, interior design, architecture, engineering, civil engineering or project management or related specialty;
3.Strong capability of independence for handling assignments designated from company;
4.A sound level of technical and professional skill and knowledge; Displays confidence and conviction in areas of expertise;
5.Strong communication skills and project management knowledge;
6.Excellent English reading, writing, speaking skills and attention to detail;
7.Must be extremely motivated, dependable and flexible, with strong interpersonal and organization skill;
8.Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint experience a requirement), Internet and other research tools.
