职位描述：
A. Serves as the Senior Analyst for the ADQSCOE Plant Application support
Primary point of contact for manufacture department of existing, strategic Manufacture tools
Familiar with knowledge of Manufacture processes
Defines, analyses business requirements and provide potential solutions
Maintains current information on existing capabilities, new features and opportunities in the Manufacture fields
Address any Enovia PLM related integration issues and involve appropriate Enovia PLM support team members
Suggests and builds re-usable components (High complexity)
Routinely provide insights into trends and patterns
Works proactively for improving BSC metrics and customer satisfaction.
Helps troubleshoot complex production problems and implements the proper fix.
Reports trends / suggests long term improvements
Performs preventative maintenance. Identifies areas where improvements can be made to prevent future production problems and implements the solution before the problem occurs.
   
B. Evaluates business processes, performs gap analysis to current state, defines and facilitates mitigation measures
Bridges gaps between business need and technical implementation
Translates user requirements to functional specifications, technical requirements
Supports or lead project management in developing project plan for implementation
Identify, communicate, coordinate common needs across Manufacture department
Demonstrates very good understanding of business processes and in depth knowledge of the technology and applications. Articulate business requirements and challenges faced by users.
Analyses/identifies and implements and enforces best business processes and practices to drive productivity.
Able to influence business requirements and IT solutions
Ability to work independently, works under pressure, adapts to demanding situations and maintains schedules.
Provide ad-hoc, one-on-one training as appropriate by assisting users with questions and procedures for increased technology adoption, and to increase productivity.
Provide regular, clear, and consistent communication (written and oral) on the status of issues, deliverables prioritization, and timing back to IT stakeholders.
 Consults with customers and IT managers to develop, define, and prioritize work assignments and work delivery.
Has input into technical articles and white papers.
Develops and delivers presentations.
Demonstrated process driven orientation, ability to deal with ambiguity and ability to change direction and methods as required (flexible)
Demonstrates leadership and active involvement in an on call rotation and resolving issues. Designs, leads and assists with support activities
Expertise/knowledge on e2e implementation. Provides design, solution, coding recommendation on all modules/entire application
Possesses in-depth understand of existing systems, applications and their integrations and processes.
  
C. Resolve Manufacturing issues regarding function, usage and user expectation
-Serve as escalation for key business issues
- Lead evaluation of system performance, identify areas of improvement, drive resolutions
  
Requirements:
Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and the similar system
Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management System(Enovia)
Experience with Manufacturing, have a rich knowledge of Manufacture process
Ability to interact with MFG engineering, application development and support, program management
Verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating effectively with both IT and business teams
Experience in performing gap analysis, root cause analysis, verification planning preferred
Experience deploying complex IT applications using Prolaunch process
Strong understanding of business operations, functionalities in general ,
Strong understanding on applications and solutions, including integrations in terms of Eaton business and Enterprise IT Strategic fit, understand application road map.
Has excellent analytical and debugging skills
Strong experience and can execute independently on multiple technical modules)
Rapid and unanticipated changes, which require constant re-prioritizing, are to be expected in this position.
Must be able to work well under pressure
