Job Description:
1-Production line Daily support
SIM2 and suggestion
Production and support functionstrouble shooting
Quality and safety improvement
SAP operation
2-Manufacturing process improvement
Improve process flow and processdesign
Process capacity management
Layout improvement
Tools, jigs, fixtures, equipment,trolley improvement
WI creation and improvement
Process file documentationaccordance with quality system
MPH improvement
Value stream management
DLP improvement and reporting
3-Project management
Lead or participate new productproject and transfer project
Lead the industrialization jobfor new product and transferred products
4-Continuous improvement
Implement SPS principles andconcepts to improve process
Lead or participate CI projectsto improve process
5- Leadplant ergonomics deployment and improvement
Job requirement:
| Education: | Bachelor degree of Industrial engineering or mechanical engineering |
| Job Related Experience: | 3~5 years method engineer or process engineering, knowledge of lean manufacturing |
| Business Understanding: | Be familiar with line design, layout design, standard time and continuous improvement |
| Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): | Average English level & Windows environment Advanced level of Auto CAD |
