职位描述：
plan, organize, setup and manage a R&D test center including workforce, competencies, equipment, processes, environment for feasibility tests, design verification tests, integration tests, qualification tests, type tests and hypothesis validation tests

plan, organize, setup, organize and manage all competencies needed to understand the requirements resulting from different certificates and approbations, manage to receive these certifications and approbations

ensure, that neither environment nor people can be harmed in any form by any of the equipment and any of the auxiliary materials of the test center

elaborate and document reasonable and suitable tests for different test cases and manage such to reviewed with relevant experts and stakeholders, guide test managers

determine the consequences for all technical changes which are requested (impact analysis) related to R&D tests, certificates and approbations, provide evaluations and recommendations

observe the state of the art related to test equipment, verification and approbation

determine and align a long term strategy for the further development of the test and approbation center

establish a network of test competencies and facilities and identify reasonable test, certification and approbation suppliers



Knowledge/Skill/Experience

"education and/or profound knowledge of electrical engineering, focus digital design and signal processing.



candidates will be preferred, if they have advanced knowledge in close loop design, industrial communication interfaces, safety design and some basics in embedded software design.


international experience, e.g. education abroad, several years working experience in an international company

measurement and instrumentation knowledge.

SIL2/3 and/or Ex-i and Ex-d knowledge.

advanced analytical, structuring skills.

high sense of responsibility.

fast grasping and learning.

good English"
