Job Responsibilities

- Establish the human resources and administration policies and systems in compliance with local law and

- Corporate regulations

- Recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee services and industrial relations.

- Train and develop HR staff

- Assure timely and correct payments for the employees

- Responsible to examine performance of employees

- Handle administration offers

- Build up and improve administration systems

- Maintenance and adjust the organizational structure

- Work out training demands & planning

- Participate in establishing long-term programming of the company

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Minimum 2 years working experience in multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in HR and Administration function, Automotive industry experience is preferred

- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin

- Familiar with local labor law and regulations
