职位描述：
岗位职责：
1) Executed and manage the financial processes correctly in accordance with the financial requirements of company (20%)
能够按照总公司财务要求正确执行、管理财务流程（20%）
2) Provide the monthly analysis submission of financial reports to the regional and headquarters(20%)
向区域及总部提交财务月度分析报告（20%）
3) Formulate and implement the annual budget, provide the financial prospect and calculation (10%)
制定、执行年度预算，并进行前瞻性财务预测（10%）
4) Manage and control the data of company's profits, ensure its accuracy (10%)
管理并控制公司利润数据，并确保其准确性（10%）
5) Responsible for internal financial management according to financial compliance requirements (10%)
对内部财务管理负责，并应符合合规的要求（10%）
6) Provide comprehensive financial support to the General Manager (10%)
向总经理提供全面财务性支持（10%）
7) Strengthen communication with the financial department of headquarters on the accounts and tax (5%)
加强与总部财务部关于账目与税务的沟通（5%）
8) In cooperation with the local bank &tax, coordinate the relevant audit work (5%)
与当地银行税务合作，协调相关审计工作（5%）
9) Manage and approve the business contracts and corresponding payment (5%)
管理并批准商务往来合同及相应付款（5%）
10) Team building and training (5%)

任职要求：
1) More than 5 years working experience in finance, at least 3 years in management position, foreign company experience is preferred.
5年以上财务工作经验，其中3年以上从事管理工作，有外企经历者优先；
2) Finance-related undergraduate degree or above;
财务相关专业本科以上学历；
3) Professional post qualification is preferred, such as CPA, CMA, etc.
具备专业岗位资格者优先，例如CPA,CMA等；
4) Good inter-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to withstand the pressure;
具备良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力，能够承受压力；
5) Good willingness & ability to learn and improve, adapt to the environment quickly.
具备良好的学习意愿和能力，不断提高自己，能快速适应环境；
6) Skills of using office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
熟练使用办公软件(Excel，Word，PowerPoint，etc.)；
7) Good ability of English reading and communication.
