职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, control and develop the regional business operational capability, develop the channel strategy and distribution strategy through the Region and deploy it with solid action plan with the team for a fruitful result.

Lead the sales team to stretch the performance and achieve the sales goals and other KPI's, develop the people and organizational capability in Area Sales Team

Identify and develop the diverse channels and approach new business opportunities in the region, Work closely with supporting department to expand project activities/plan

Plan and implement effective sales projects / programs according to the market situations in the region

Manage and develop an effective and productive sales team in the region through strong leadership,

Develop and manage the effective relationship network with multiple interface helpful and useful for developing business.

Provide training and coaching to the sales team


Requirement:
Bachelor degree in marketing sales, business management

Experiences in regional sales management preferred

Energetic with multi tasking capabilities.

Strong presentable personality with good presentation and communication skill

Minimum 8 years of sales and management experience with 5 years at managerial position in multinational environment or building material business

Good written and oral English, CET4 or above

Detail-oriented and can work under pressure
