Resopnsibilities
- Develops an exhaustive understanding of customers changing requirements.
- Regularly seeks opportunities to improve the partnership.
- Creates a strong sense of urgency in order to resolve customer problems.
- Shows good understanding of the customer total experience and lifecycle.
- Promotes actions with the key individuals to develop long-term business relationships with customers.
- Serves as a project lead and coaches/mentors team members on process improvement initiatives.
- Recommends effective and proven solutions to improve customer processes.
- Manage and report on plan implementation.
- Provides viable, value-engineered options and design solutions to meet customer needs.
- Recommends customer solutions to resolve complex electrical/mechanical issues.
- Resolves post sale issues.
- Applies total Schneider Electric Offer.
- Adapts project organization according to the project execution status, risks and contraints.
- Proposes strategies to achieve the expected results, including subcontracting or co-developments.
- Implements formal control to analyze systematically all change requests having an impact on the project objectives (ex change of the project scope,change of the offer specifications or customer request…)
Knowledge Management & Collaboration
- Assesses cultural maturity towards knowledge management of individuals (e.g. cognitive acumen) and organisations.
- Leads the change by applying collaboration best practices regularly and by influencing others, including Management, to do so
- Organizes the community core team, distributes leadership tasks and fosters participation among the members. Plans for community activities, ensuring a mix of individual interests and the common interest of the company.
- Develops a knowledge repository that provides self served answers; organizes the process and recognition system for communities to contribute into and improve its content collaboratively; integrates it seamlessly into the flow of work of its users to solve business needs.
- Organizes the capture and reuse of lessons learned in the flow of work, or the capture and transfer of best practices across locations. Monitors their implementation. Devises collaboration best practices, inform and trains about their usage.
Communicate effectively
- Creates, evaluates and presents the message or issue in a clear, concise and logical manner.
- Adapts structure and level of detail to meet the needs of others.
- Demonstrates a high level of interest and attentiveness.
- Facilitates dialog between different shareholders.
Requirements
- Understands technological key points and practise main tools in at least 3 technologic domains & associated Physics (Mechanic, Electronic, Software, …).
- Knows at least one core functionality of product or solutions.
- Makes basic system analysis and specify needs if a complex system analysis is required (Thermal, EMC, safety, …).
- Participates to architecture analysis on offer and products definition.
- Understands different technological constraints to optimize a design in a given field (eventually under a level 4 leadership).
- Realises multi-physic models in a given field and run simulations and verifications to check requirements conformity.
- Shows good capability to influence others.
- Utilizes the best available knowledge and expertise when making proposals.
- Establishes key relationships with people outside one's area.
- Fully understands and promote the importance of networks.
- Regularly listens to others and conveys messages in an accurate and effective manner."
- Able to develop and manage a complete process improvement plan.
- Effectively utilizes process improvement techniques.
- Familiar with MES, EAM, EMS system and solution.
- Strong experiences on at least 2 segments.
