岗位责任
1、根据公司相关管理流程，对客户订单进行及时审核和处理，确保公司产品及时送达；
2、对客户回款情况进行追踪，确保回款率符合公司要求；
3、建立客户档案，定期进行客户意见回访；
4、协调公司其他部门及时解决客户反馈问题，争取高的客户满意度；
6、协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作；
7、负责营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档工作；
8、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求
1、 大专及以上学历，物流管理、生物相关专业毕业。有订单处理、物流管理类经验者优先。
2、 熟练操作办公软件。
3、 英语四级

能力要求
1、 工作认真、踏实；
2、 优秀的沟通交流能力；
3、 逻辑思维能力强。
