1 POSITION OVERVIEW:
Manage and Coordinate all the production resources in the company, supervising and guaranteeing the accomplishment of the production plan, under the quality standards, costs and safety procedures of the company.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION:
2.1 Production planning and scheduling
- Stablish the production objectives following the Operations Department objectives. Follow up, detect and analyze deviations.
- Follow up production KPI’s based on the frequency and apply immediate actions in case of deviations.
- Follow up and control production deviations. Preliminary analysis and monthly meeting with different departments.
- Follow up and control OEE (productivity)
- Guarantee all the production resources follow the maintenance plan.
- Workshop site management, follow up 5S activities.
2.2 Production worker management and communication
- Evaluate with Operations Team the short term recruitment needs.
- Coordinate production to accomplish the production plan in quantity,cost, quality and delivery date.
- Follow up working capability matrix and improve worker knowledge.
- Support Operations Manager and HR for yearly holidays, incidents, substitutions…
- Evaluate direct personal and set up training plans.
- Guarantee safety and healthy are under the company standards
- Guarantee the worker knowledge for company communications.
2.3 Continuous Improvement
- Lead the improvement actions and create new ones.
3. REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge in Production Management
- Knowledge in Mechanical and pneumatic
- knowledge in KPI’s management
- Leadership and decision maker
- Results and objectives oriented
- Excellent communicator and motivator, be able to create confidence relationships
- Analytic capabilities and problem resolution
- Flexibility and easy adapt to changes
- 3 years – Production leadership or Production Manager
