Xiaoma's recruitment information
We are currently establishing a brand new department in our school.The department will be mainly targeting group English course and other related classes (such as IELTS,TOEFL,AP,GRE,GMAT ect.)
Majority of clients will be students who are going aboard to study.
Our goal is to construct our own course system which takes its goal to a fast boost of students English level subsidizing with Exam techniques.Our team will work within Xiaoma,however, this department has it's own liberty of decision-making.And more importantly, instead of getting a fixed salary or a hour rate , the income we make will be based on the revenue the department generates.So you can think this platform is actually an entrepreneurship opportunity you always wanted. We are looking for the best and we also have standards ,and they are :
1. You have to have fluent level( native or close to native level) of both English and Chinese.
 2. You are a person who has strong individuality and some creativity.
3. You treat this occupation as a career not a hobby or a temporary job.
4.You need to be a decent communicator,and be capable of doing teamwork.
