Job description Business Controlling Systems

Position: Controlling Manager, HQ Function

Reporting to: GM of Financial Control of Plant Operations



Responsibilities:

1.To maintain / develop the existing ERP system (Oracle) regarding business controlling systems in manufacturing environment, e.g. product calculation, standard costing, reporting, product master data, WIP calculation

2.To develop group standards and policies for plant controlling data and cost structures.

3.To develop controlling tools for an efficient and error free management reporting

4.To initiate and control business reengineering projects; improve data flow, reduce complexity

5.To provide controlling related training to Finance / Accounting and other relevant staff



Requirements:

1.Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting or Finance or with full professional qualification with 6-10 years related working experience in manufacturing environment

2.Candidate possesses this experience / knowledge will be an added advantage: budgeting & forecasting, internal control, key performance indicators, balanced scorecard, process flow, policy writing, Microsoft Office, Oracle, management accounting, project management, business process reengineering

3.Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, coaching skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, influencing skills, self-initiative, fast response, pro-activeness, flexibility, open mindedness, systematic thinking, positive attitude and IT savvy
