职位描述：
1. Set up, debug and optimize the plastic injection molding machine. Analysis the plastic injection defect root cause and continuous improve the molding process/parameter to meet the quality/cost/delivery requirements.
2. Support the Product Development Team to modify the stabilizer in term of processing or formulation aspect.
3. Responsible for Tool/machine testing operation and making proposal of investment plan for new design/localization parts.
4. Keep the molding machine/tool at good condition by implementing Preventive maintenance activity.

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical/molding manufacturing or Chemical Engineering.
2. Above 4-6 years working experience at injection molding manufacturing area.
3. Injection molding tool/fixture hands on operation experience.
4. Injection Machine hands on operation experience.
5. Prefer to be familiar with ENGEL molding machine.
6. Lean production experience would be a benefit.
