职位描述：
1、 全面负责物业公司的日常管理工作，执行物业公司的发展战略，并根据内外部环境变化进行调整；
2、根据集团下达的年度经营目标， 执行公司年度经营计划，监督、控制经营计划的实施过程；
3、 负责与集团保持良好沟通，定期向集团分管领导汇报计划执行情况、资金运用情况和盈亏情况、机构和人员调配情况及其他重大事宜；建立公司内部良好的沟通渠道，协调各部门关系；
4、树立良好的公司形象，领导建立公司与客户、合作伙伴、上级主管等部门间顺畅的沟通渠道；
5、负责物业公司所有员工的管理、指导和协调工作，以保证物业公司的管理服务统一有序，向客户展示物业服务品质，增加客户对“项目”优质售后服务的信心；
6、负责配合客服主管对客户提出的有关物业管理的质疑，进行解答，要求回答准确、清晰、迅速，热情，不能予以现场解答的，要于24小时内请示后予以及时回复；
7、负责对物业公司各部门负责人进行工作布置、指导、检查监督、评价和考核管理工作；负责物业公司队伍建设，选拔中层管理人员；
8、负责组织制定、完善物业公司规章制度,不断提高经营管理水平、服务管理水平和经济效益；
9、 完成集团领导交办的其他任务；


任职要求：
1、专科及以上，企业管理、物业管理等相关专业；
2、5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上同等岗位工作经验，有物业经理资质证者优先；
3、了解物权法、物业管理相关政策；
4、具备很强的领导力计划与执行能力、组织协调能力、人际沟通能力、分析与判断能力等；
