Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
? Understand customer HW requirements and customer milestones in automotive environment (Doors database), match them with TSD engineering planning and create a customer delivery plan.
? Manage conflicts and negotiate with customers, 3rd parties and/or internal stakeholders.
? Deliver complex projects at product quality level in automotive environment as well as in complex organizations.
? Supports manufacturing and quality & reliability teams during sample phase and product revision change phases.
? Plans and properly documents (reports) development and product delivery activities.
? Interacts with SW or Manufacturing teams to drive projects to a successful closure
? Coordinate technical HW project teams to achieve resolution and delivery of projects to internal/external customers, following the hardware (V-model) development steps
Requirements:
MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
? Minimum 3 years practical experiences in CPU, GPU and/or FPGA system design and integration
? Strong analysis ability to identify performance problems and to solve customer problems collaboratively across teams
? Familiar with Intel x86 architecture, CPU and/or FPGA products
? Experiences in automotive and industrial applications
? Good communication ability to work with customers and internally across teams
? Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese communication: mandatory
? 4+ years development experience of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for automotive projects and 2+ years Tech Project Management/Lead experience.
? Ability to understand SW/HW customer requirements and customer milestones in automotive environment, match them with automotive (TSD) engineering planning and create a customer delivery plan
? Ability to identify risks & issues and to coordinate technical teams to achieve resolution and delivery of projects to customer
? Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate with customer, 3rd party and internal stakeholders
? ADAS experience will be preferred.
? Experience in delivering complex projects at product quality in automotive environment.
? Understanding the processes/integration and qualification procedures of an OEM and a Tier1
? Understanding of SW & HW interactions in software defined cockpit and automated driving projects as well as experience in delivery of complex projects – advanced HW development background would be preferred. 举报 分享
