To work in a small, efficient functional team, close to customer design teams in support of the development of single/dual mode mobile platforms based on Intel architecture solutions. You will establish technical expertise in Intel's audio solutions and tuning tools and apply that knowledge to Customer products:-

¿ To front all Audio related issues, working with the customer to recreate, understand and resolve audio related issues
¿ Provide possible Audio Driver updates to resolve customer issues and optimize hardware performance
¿ Help the customer achieve optimal performance from the Intel audio solution within the boundaries of the customer hardware design
¿ Provide technical link between customer and Intel audio development teams to communicate customer requirements, current implementation limitations or critical issues and follow up with necessary actions
¿ Provide input to customer schematic, layout and mechanical reviews to advise for optimal performance of Intel acoustic solutions
¿ Work closely with cross functional teams on complex system issue to determine creative and effective resolution
¿ Provide customer with training on audio solutions/tools and audio tuning
¿ May need to provide with onsite support in local cities or foreign countries
¿ Positive, solution orientated team player with ability to communicate in an international multisite environment

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
¿ Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
¿ 5+ years of experience in the development or support of 2G/3G mobile products
¿ 2+ years experience working in audio design or testing to show detailed knowledge of audio subsystems (AGC, echo cancellation, acoustic filters, noise suppression). Ideally, knowledge of Infineon/Intel modem solutions
¿ C programming language
¿ Experience with audio tuning tools and how to achieve GCF criteria as a minimum and then optimal performance for a given hardware design
¿ Expertise in using audio tester equipment such and Bruel&Kjaer and HeadAcoustics
¿ Some understanding of latest objective scoring methodologies

Preferred Requirements:
¿ Direct customer support experience, joint issue resolutions with designers, support engineers and customers
¿ Knowledge of 3GPP standards and carrier requirements in relation to acoustic parametric testing
¿ Working knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G air interface is highly desirable
¿ Some knowledge of digital signal processing in Sampling, IIR/FIR filters, Frequency response and Spectrum analysis
