1.Technical Project Leader for blade tests and conducting blade testing (incl. calculations and simulations of static and dynamic test setups and loading structures with specific software such as 3D solid works and ANSYS).
2.Translation from customer test specifications into test plans. Transforming data into plots and graphs. Creation of test reports.
3.Assess risks and hazards in projects.
4.Organizing and managing resources, utilizing technical allocated skills and equipments to complete the projects within the defined scope, quality, time and costs.
5.Progress reporting to customer (domestic/international) and internal team.
6.Network and establish relationships with customers, vendors, stake holders and service providers to support the strategic goal of making WETC the choice of the customers.
7.Develop, document, implement and sustain processes to improve customer satisfaction.
8.Demonstrate leadership and creative thinking to bring about improved or new processes and services.
职位要求:

1.Master of Science (MSc) or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, with focus on applied mechanics and structural dynamics.
2.Project management of product development projects, incl. FMEA, and using project management software tools (e.g. MS Project).
3.Mechanical design calculations (3D solid works, FEM-ANSYS, simulation software tools, analytical calculations); Experience & affinity with instrumentation and experience & affinity with hydraulics.
4.Knowledge of Non-Destructive-Testing Technologies.
5.Exposure to ISO quality standards (e.g. ISO9001; ISO17025).
6.Minimum 3 years work experience in design, testing or research in mechanics.
7.Minimum 1 year work experience in project management.
