Description/职位描述:
? Manages the quality system documents and environmental management system;
? Proposes changes to update the Quality System in accordance to the requirements of the actual standards;
? Issues, updates and distributes the Quality Manual;
? Issues, checks and releases procedures in accordance with actual standards;
? Check and approve the quality system procedures and instructions;
? Elaborates and system audit planning process,
? Perform periodic audits of the quality system and processes to check and maintain the degree of application and adequacy of the implemented system;
? Track and verify the corrective actions resulting from system and process audits and assess their effectiveness;
? Prepare and participate in system audits performed by customers or certification bodies;
? Prepare and participate in management review of the quality system by distributing data and issuing the report;
? Is the quality department responsible for environmental quality;
? Ensures compliance with safety requirements / regulations on the plant in compliance with customer requirements;
? Act in accordance to Honeywell attribute behavior and the performance goals set by manager through HPD;
? Use the LSW tool in his/her daily activities and quarterly reviews the content.
? Actively contributes to continuous improvement of plant performance: consistently identifies opportunities and proposes solutions to eliminate waste, improve own activities and improvement of the plant.
? Propose the number of Kaizen/ month according to the objectives of the plant.
? Attends all meetings where required (daily meetings at 1,2,3 or 4, as appropriate, meeting weekly/ monthly, etc.)
? Follows the HS&E specific requirements according to tyhe actual procedures;
? Other tasks from the higher hierarchical levels.


Qualifications/职位要求:
Studies: Technical university
Experience: 3 years in a similar position.
Others: Good PC operating skills. English proficient.
Certified auditor of ISO TS16949, ISO 19001 and ISO 14001.
