Project Manager 精装修项目经理/Senior Project Manager 高级项目经理

Key Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Provide support to the Senior Project Managers / Service Leaders, and lead/assist in delivering medium sized projects, and professional assignments, in either new build or live operating business environments.
2. Lead project procurement process to work with client, project team and other participants
3. Work collaboratively with other Project Managers to manage related issues
4. Develop/work with cost control for setting up the project budget
5. Develop basis of designs or a design for interface with including process design, layouts, utilities, logistics
6. Review and check design requirements including technical scope and requirement for further technical and economical evaluations to be done by technical service contractor. Provide supervision and administration to the project team
7. Other tasks as required

Requirements 任职要求
1. Relevant academic background, college degree or above;
　 土建或建筑装饰等相关专业背景，大专以上学历
2. At least 3-4 years relevant working experience;
　至少3-4年相关工作经验
3. Candidates with relevant qualifications preferred;
　 有相关资质证书者优先
4. Good written English and fluent Cantonese　

书面英语良好且广东话流利

5. Candidates with working experience with foreign companies or overseas preferred;
　 有外资企业或海外工作经验者优先考虑
6. experience in large supermarket is a plus
有银行项目经验者优先
7. knowledge of fundamental Project Management system and procedures in the construction industry
