Job discription 工作内容
· Select suitable contractors for work
挑选合适的承包商
· Preparing cost proposal for planning and actual expenditure (including variation order)
准备费用提案和实际费用计划
· Coordinate with the client, the landlord, contractors and other tenants
管理协调客户、业主、承包商和租户等各方关系
· Chair project meetings and arrange for recording of actions and distribute minutes of project meetings
主持召开项目会议
· Daily site monitoring and supervision，write reports to clients
每日施工现场管理,撰写英文周报向客户汇报项目进展情况
· Check and record payment to contractors or suppliers
检查和记录承包商供应商的相关款项
· Complete project closure timely (e.g. as-built drawings, handover/defects list/acceptance/ client feedback etc.)
确保项目按工期完工
Requirements 任职要求
1. Relevant academic background, college degree or above;
土建或机电相关专业背景，大专以上学历
2. At least 5-8 years relevant working experience;
至少5 －8年相关工作经验
3. Candidates with relevant qualifications preferred;
有相关资质证书者优先
4. Good English ability or Basic English skills and willing to learn
英语书写熟练，口语良好或愿意学习英语口语作为工作语言
5. Candidates with working experience with foreign companies or overseas preferred;
有外资企业或海外工作经验者优先考虑
6. experience in large supermarket is a plus
有大型超市/购物中心/商业办公楼 经验者优先
7. knowledge of fundamental Project Management system and procedures in the construction industry
了解建筑行业项目管理的基本系统和程序
