Job Description：

A. Fully understand the entity's Accounts Payable process, policy, responsible for managing the account payable ensure all of payments and reimbursements complies to company policy.

B. Develop and maintain working relationship with relevant departments to assist in the timely and accurately processing of vendor payment and to ensure compliance of all accounting transactions.

C. Reconciliation of accounts, preparation of accruals and posting to the general ledger if needed.

D. Preparation and analysis of A/P reports of daily cash flow, accruals, check registers, general ledger postings, and control reports (e.g., unmatched invoices, payment requests that exceed approved limits).

E. Drive the smooth process including monitoring the status of pending invoices and follows the issues of payment.

H. Answering internal and external queries regarding to payment and invoices.

I. Prepare data for financial analysis and assist in tracking and analysing financial performance.

J. Track, analyse and report vendor payment data, provide high level analysis report for leadership review.

Qualification Requirements：

? Bachelor degree;
? 2-3 years or more working experience with accounting, accounts payable or related area;
? Good communication skill;
? Good team work spirit;
? Accuracy/ Attention to details;
? Dedicated, reliable and responsible with positive attitudes;
? SAP knowledge preferred.
