Mainly responsible for IIP (Intel Inside Program) /MDF (Marketing Development Fund) program finance control and training, PRC IIP integration audit, customer level I escalation approval, GAT team point of contact, target audit sampling and cross Geo peer to peer review, drive analysis on partner marketing structure optimization and effectiveness, risk assessment and project leader for worldwide program evolution. Analyst will also be expected to work closely with cross Geo peers, GAT team, PMG and MNC/LOEM/COEM account managers to drive customer behavior change on compliance.

Bachelor in Finance (or relevant Major) with 5 years' experience or equivalent academic background. MBA is preferred;
Fluent English Communication in both oral and written is mandatory
Sales and Marketing finance related background is preferred
