职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司日常合同及法律文件的制定、修改与审核；
2、为公司其他部门的业务提供法律意见，解答各部门的法律咨询；
3、协助公司许可证的申请、年检、备案及变更工作；
4、协助公司各项诉讼、仲裁案件的处理；
5、完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制研究生在读学生，法学专业；
2、具备律师事务所或公司法务实习工作经验优先；
3、持有法律职业资格证书优先；
4、英语读写能力强，能用英语进行日常工作邮件的沟通；
5、工作踏实、认真、谨慎、仔细，责任心强；
6、具有良好的团队意识及良好的人际沟通协调能力
工作说明：
本实习岗位隶属于公司法务部，待毕业取得学位证后可提供正式岗位（法务专员）。主要负责公司日常法律事务及配合上级主管提供商业项目法律支持，需要具备较强的学习能力、独立法务处理能力和沟通协调能力。
