Responsibilities:
We seek a highly qualified, bi-lingual, executive assistant to provide and coordinate support to the Head to optimize his efficiency and effectiveness as the chief executive officer of a responsive school in Chongqing China.
The Executive Assistant plays a central role in helping the Head of School focus on high priorities and facilitates the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of the Head’s office.
Successful candidates will have the following traits:

? Strong communication skills
Examples of Key Duties:
? Manage the Head of School calendar.
? Actively monitors and keeps Head apprised of all appointments, commitments and deadlines.
? Refers or handles routine matters on own initiative.
? Works with faculty to ensure that the Head is provided with all necessary information and materials in sufficient time to be prepared for internal and external meetings and presentations.
? Handles all initial school travel arrangements and follow-up. (Fieldtrips, teacher school hosted guest travel and other school related trips)
? Organizes and maintains schools’ contacts database, paper and computer files
? Willingness to work extended hours occasionally

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university
