职位描述
岗位职责:
IT support supervisor provides day-to-day management (process, contracting, KPI) of user support functions mainly related to the stability , functionality , UI , data issue, hardware and networking problems for all FRC IT systems. She/he works need closely work with business key users, IT Manager, support providers to ensure that user and client expectations are met or exceeded.
IT支持主管为所有FRC的IT系统提供与稳定性、功能性、用户界面、数据问题、软件和网络问题相关的用户支持功能的日常管理,如过程,订立合同和KPI。她/他的工作需要和业务关键用户、IT经理紧密合作,支持供应商以确保满足或者超过最终用户和客户的预期。
1.Monitors and initiates daily workflow of user support. Overall support concept responsibility (processes, contracting, KPI) and continuous improvement
监管和创建用户支持的日常工作流程,负责全面的支持概念(过程,订立合同和KPI)和持续改进
2.Ensures that all user issues are resolved within established guidelines and that users receive the highest level of customer service
确保所有的用户问题在既定的准则下得到解决,确保用户得到最高水平的客户服务
3.Tracking and monitor telephone calls and e-mail messages including the process of logging calls and messages, provides assistance, initiates referrals, implements escalations, and provides follow-up with users、
跟踪和监管电话和电子邮件信息,包括登记问题、提供用户协助 、开发可参考的文档、实行升级以及后续用户跟踪
4.Provides hands-on help to users using troubleshooting procedures & techniques, guidance, instruction and other actions as required
使用故障检修的程序、技术和指导方针为用户提供手把手的帮助
5.Regularly review will be based on: customer service survey results, compliance with user support policies and procedures, and follow-through ability
对客户服务调查结果、用户支持政策与程序的遵守程度以及后续跟踪能力进行定期审查
6.Moderation in operations and planning between product manager, architect, hosting, … Support for regularly scheduled application release and server maintenance to ensure potential problems are identified at earliest possible point and takes or recommends appropriate action to resolve problems
优化与产品经理、架构师、系统后台部署之间的计划和操作方法,为定期的应用程序发布和服务器维护提供支持,以确保能够尽可能早地发现问题并提出合适的解决问题的方案
7、Rollout Support (alignment with rollouts), Draw up and update FAQ and system change / enhancement bulletin to share with internal and external users.
制定和更新FAQ、新增/修改系统功能公告,并告知内部和外部用户。
8、RBTS IT support center cost budget and control
负责公司IT支持中心的成本预算和控制
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Management Information System preferred related discipline
具有计算机科学或者管理信息系统等相关的本科学位
2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT supervisor position.
担任过至少两年的IT主管
3.Customer focus and result orientation, can lead the team to fulfill the tasks in time, with good quality according to plan.
以客户为中心和结果导向,能够根据计划带领团队按时高质量地完成任务
4.Logic thinking and good communication with different stakeholders like user department managers, internal IT department, external service providers and company head.
具有较强的逻辑思维能力,能够和不同的利益相关者如用户部门经理、内部IT部门、外部服务提供商以及公司上司进行良好的沟通
5.Understand ITIL and SLA concept, and has experiences in IT maintenance service area.
理解ITIL(信息技术基础构架库)和SLA(服务水平协议)等概念,具有IT维护服务领域的工作经验
6.Can speak, listen, read and write English frequently
熟练掌握英语的听说读写
7.Experienced in IT function of automotive aftermarket industry is preferable.
具有汽车后市场IT部门工作经验者优先
