Eaton Senstar located in Shanghai has an opening for Representative-Customer Support.The purpose of the position is to:
1.Provides on-time service for customers, including repair or replacement of failure parts and provide service parts.
2.Feedback customers’ wants and needs on our product quality, good ability of analyse and resolve the problems independently, reduce the warranty of quality.
3.Provides production schedule information as requested.
4.Ensures job responsibilities carried out in line with TS16949 & ISO14001 standards and requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
A.Knowledge of Chinese automotive, trucking, and equipment component markets
B.Technological academy, corresponding understanding of engineering principles (mechanical and/or electrical)
C.Strong customer relations management and project management skills with respect to applications engineering
D.Knowledge of automotive markets, and how end users use the customer’s equipment.E.Above 2 years’ experience in service.
