Description:
Build up sales operation team one platform and standardize, simplification sales operation process, initiated business operation team project and improve productivity to make operation excellent
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Management all demo, show site etc. project from start to end, including details operation in project transaction, communicate with global about project progress
· Initiative new project for simplification and standardize sales function process
· Involve on SFE system design, implementation, testing in IT project
· Set up and maintain sales operations processes and policies. Responsible for analyzing sales market operation data, product and competitor data
· Provide deeply support to process enhancement and modification by P&L sales operation function
· Set up a process to capture and cost analysis
Base cost and OVC management
T&L budget control: allocation, tracking and report out
OVC (vendor items, Pass due, pending acceptance etc.)
Quality Specific Goals:
· Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken
· Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken
· Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
· Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
· Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
· Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree, Major in foreign trade/Finance or related;
· 3+ years related working experience is a must
· Project management skill is preferred
· Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people;
· Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.; excel macro is preferred
· Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results;
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines
· Good English capability in both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Sales experience/Trade and finance background is preferred
· Project management skill, high passion and team player
· Excel and PowerPoint expertise is preferred
· Flexibility, good negotiation skills
