Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and develop policies and procedures of recruitment, hiring, attendance and vacation, pay and benefit and training.

2. Develop and implement human resources strategy and provide a professional and caring personnel service to all employees.

3. Explore efficient recruitment channels and actively involved in recruitment process for business expansion.

4. Work with Operation Team to guide and assist managers in retaining people and closely monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

5. Plan and organize continuing trainings for all staff to improve the services provided to the customers.

6. Drive and facilitate performance management process including annual and semi-annual performance review, probation evaluation, promotions and exit interview.

7. Develop and coach HR team members.

Requirements:

1. At least 10 years experience in Human Resources in MNC;

2. Hands-on experiences in recruitment and HR operations;

3. Thorough knowledge of modern Human Resources tools and techniques;

4. Ability to manage and motivate a large diverse group of staff and strong interpersonal skills;

5. Logic thinking, attention to meticulous details and time management;
