Role Summary/Purpose
GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.Partner with China HR senior leader and HR leadership team to define business success metrics, drive process improvements, and identify ways to deliver improved business value through digitization and simplification.

Essential Responsibilities
- Establish and coordinate the long and short term information system plans for HR China organizations. - Provide operations / business solutions leadership for the planning and direction of major technology adoption and deployment with in country wide impact. Drives business process expertise and impact - Leverage existing solutions and global GE designs to drive standardization & simplification to reduce implementation timelines and costs. - Develop peer, cross-functional and cross-business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness - Perform consultative analysis, reviewing constraints and developing technical requirements and design solutions to the Corporate functional team - Own providing visibility and metrics surrounding the performance and availability of IT solution for the business partner - Act as subject matter expert, partnering with multiple business clients and stakeholders to evaluate and improve business processes and determine technology solutions - Be a change leader for integrating current and emerging information technologies into sustainable business solutions - Manage project scope and timeline to deliver business benefit through technology solutions

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline- At least 7 years of experience with implementing IT solutions for business function- Proven ability to execute high-profile projects and to provide thought leadership to the organization- Process-oriented – able to devise and implement program plans and courses of action from high level down to individual steps- Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities- Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint- Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve- Working knowledge of SDLC processes- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill- Able to energize and inspire others to commit to and take action on business priorities

- Proven leadership skills in business planning, and information technology- Proven interpersonal, written / verbal communication, and organizational skills- Self Driven & Result Oriented- Black Belt Certified or Change Acceleration Process (CAP) trained
