Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Confer with local and global engineering teams, design and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manufacturing processes, especially for MEMS-based pressure sensor products. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Develop new or alternative mechanical structural/packaging of pressure sensor products, using computer-aided design software. Evaluate, install and operate equipment, systems and processes to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Provides field support and product expertise for commercial teams. Provide global design engineering team with application and conceptual design support.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or mechatronics engineering +2 years of experience with mechanical or pressure sensor design Proficient with CAD design tools (Capability of 3D modeling based on SolidWorks preferred ) Willing to travel 20% of time
