Role Summary/Purpose

GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.Perform all functions related to Rates and Terms Associate role (i.e. data collection, analysis, information deciphering, and data entry of financial plans for Shanghai Operation Centre). You will also be responsible for training team members, sharing expertise and participating in initiatives and projects.

Essential Responsibilities

- Receives and interprets written requests from stakeholders. Confirms parameters and authorization with appropriate levels of management. - Analyses requests and inputs program into inventory management system when analysis meets established guidelines. - Responds to program billing questions from various departments. Verifies that all aspects of the program are set up properly by following the 100% validation process - Communicates all new program information to appropriate personnel - Monitors and reviews all programs for distributors and manufacturers. Enters and processes appropriate rates changes. Communicates changes to appropriate department and customers. - Responsible for the continuing updates needed to the programs for many different verticals throughout the company, with a focus on maintaining consistency within each. - Acts as a point of contact for stakeholders in a continually changing rates and terms environment. Must be able to effectively communicate available AIMS system implementation options. - Develop, organize and lead training initiatives for new hires and other team members for the Booking Associate job function. - Actively participate in special projects and initiatives, sharing domain expertise.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Master degree with 5+ years’ experience in operation of financial industry, flow base or transactional business.- 3+ years’ experience of management with 5+ direct reports - Ability to work in a high functioning positive team environment- Strong communication skills required. - Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, especially using LEAN or Six Sigma tools and methodologies.”- Experience with project facilitation and decision making skills with the ability to take initiative to solve problems- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in verbal and written.Desired Characteristics:- More than 2 years’ living/working in a pan-Asia or Global role, additional Asia language ability - 4 years’ experience with “financial rates and terms
