Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

-Lead a team of manufacturing & engineering with overall management of mfg production; resource arrangement and process improvement with closely work with relevant function department. -Ensure the effective Operations of production to meet the global standard and procedure. -Formulate detail operating plan and deliver the results with operation targets. -Drive new product development activity to support major business initiatives. -Drive excellence in production quality, cost, LEAN/VCP, on time delivery, inventory control and EHS management. -Implement and manage production control to ensure that customer satisfactions as well as proper financial controls and achieved. -Establish plans, priorities and schedules for continue improvement in workshop -make sure GE values are embraced at all times, and drive sharing of best practices among plant and biz unit.

Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor degree major in Electrical engineering or above. -Min.5 years of manufacturing management experience with Electrical technology -Excellent time management skills, strong organizational and planning skills -Good team player with leadership -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance -Fluent in English skill in both written and spoken -Strong knowledge & Experience of quantitative and analytical skills, project management and process improvement -Have energy, drive and passion to achieve goals, proven self-starter on taking initiative to drive change.
