Role Summary/Purpose
Systems Validation and Verification engineer is primarily responsible for Systems V&V activities for the C919 program. In this role you will be responsible developing the plans, procedures and environments necessary to perform Systems V&V activities per ARP-4754A and company’s process. You will assist in capability building of other team members. You will be accountable for cost and schedule responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities
• Develop Systems verification plan, verification matrix, test cases, test procedures, and verification report, etc. • Work with internal and external customers • Execute Systems verification activities • Participate as required in Systems Change Control Board • Coach, train, and grow validation and verification talents • Responsible for cost, schedule, and status for above • Gain familiarity with system architecture including Development Assurance Levels
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • Minimum of 5 years of related Engineering experience • Minimum of 3 years of avionics verification experience
Desired Characteristics
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required, sometimes on short notice
