Title : LV Technical support engineer

Three missions for this position:

Mission 1 : Level three technical support on TeSys range offers.
? Give technical and quality answer to the day to day questions advanced teams localize around the word.
? Insure as a member of the technical support team the keeping of high reactivity at the requested level of satisfaction to the day to day requests.

Mission 2 : TeSys range offer knowledge deployment.
? Animate WebClass and InClass training sessions.
? Develop solution and application files, FAQ and troubleshooting leaflet.

Mission 3 : Maintain a good and privileged relationship with countries and advanced centers.
? Insure and coordinate the management of containment action on customer claims, maintain a high level of relationship during the whole process.
? With country support participate on product site expertise.

Profile :
Experimented engineer.
Strong team spirit absolutely requested, with very good relationship.
Fluent in English and if possible in a second international language.
Open behaviour in a large, multicultural and moving environment.
Knowledge fields:
? TeSys protections and contactors motor feeders ranges :
o Integral controller TeSys U,
o Contactors : TeSys K / D / F / B / E,
o Circuit breaker : TeSys GV,
o Switch disconnector : TeSys GS,
o Thermal overload : TeSys K / D / F
o Emergency stop switch : TeSys Vario
? Technical: electro-technique, field bus, electrical magnetic compatibility, integration, reliability.
? Customer application integrated motor feeders products.
? Power LV ACB-MCCB (Compact, Masterpact, Micrologic, Interpact, Vigirex) offer knowledge is a must.
