Job Summary：
Execute Analytical Research & Consulting Assignments
? Work with the team to execute Research & Consulting and forecasting assignments and coordinate information from the field.
? Provide support for office, industrial, apartment, retail and hotel markets

Further Develop Research & Consultancy
? Identify new clients
? Work with brokers to assist in marketing presentations to prospective clients to secure new business
? Assist the Consultancy Director prepare analysis, insight and analysis pulling this together in our reports to ensure our clients continue to receive the highest quality Real Estate consulting advice available in the market

Data
? Responsible for managing project by project data collection, collaborating to lock this down and share with other teams and across the business as a whole.
? Responsible for building and helping maintain databases for information such as rent yields and capital values of baskets and portfolios of buildings across China.
? The data collection shall include all primary data points needed for the consultancy and shall include, but not necessarily be limited to:
? General economy and its pertinent indicators;
? Rental values, capital values, yields, supply, demand, vacancy rates and other real estate data points for office; industrial/ warehouse, retail and residential properties.

Developing Others
Train other consultants in the field in real estate consultancy, forecasting and financial analysis.

Others
? Other professional services within your expertise; and
? Such other activities, ad hoc assignments and services as the management of the Company may reasonably determine.
? To work closely with staff in other Cushman & Wakefield service lines for the benefit of the business as a whole
? To support other offices to pitch new projects/business

Qualifications：
? Bachelor degree or above in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Real Estate related disciplines or equivalent
? Professional training in Real Estate or management
? Though not essential it would be an advantage if the candidate were to have experience or formal training in GIS, LEED, Financial Modelling, Auto CAD and/or Sketch Up
? A minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate related business
? Extensive experience within developers or agency companies with a proven track record in working alongside brokers and other property professionals
? Extensive experience dealing with government authorities
? Experience with and understanding of capital markets (securitized real estate as well as private market real estate transactions)
? Experience of subscription databases relevant to the real estate market and other web based data sources
? Well-established networks with government authorities, developers and corporate clients
? In depth knowledge of PRC commercial real estate markets including leasing and investment sales from core CBD to business parks and out of town retail
? Extensive knowledge of development consulting, feasibility study, strategic advice and financial modelling
? Strong project management skill, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skill
? Familiar with the latest government policies, rules and regulations regarding real estate in the PRC
? Strong data analytical skills
? In depth knowledge of the real estate market and market economies
? Strong database management skill
? Ability to synthesize market information and deal specific information into investment recommendations
? Good knowledge of real estate markets in Southern China
