Merchandising
- Analyze target customer’s attitude and lifestyle to plan desirable product assortment that maximize sales, profit and Brand image.
- Prepare and review OTB budget/margin to management regular review and approval.
- Work closely with Operations department in achieving the sales targets.
- Maintain consistent brand image by collaborating with Marketing and Visual Merchandising department.
- Ensure timely and smooth flow of stock to stores by working together with Logistics department.
- Write orders during sales conference. Review the orders with Senior Merchandising Manager before confirmation.
- Plan for the seasonal conversions and co-ordinate with warehouse, stores and visual teams on the plan.
-Monitor sell through. Make suggestions on replenishments or stock movements among stores to maximize sales and decrease markdowns.
- Fully in- charge of seasonal China trade show.
- Conduct seasonal classroom and off site product training.
- Conduct regular market visit and competitors’ analysis
- Attend seasonal buy in New York.

Team Management
- Coaching and developing to perform team.
- Supervise staff daily operation and responsible for personnel hiring/releasing of the team.
- Be co-working to retail operational team, visual merchandising team and other centralized supporting team.
- Client relationship management, Foster good relationship with wholesale customers.

Experience / Skills Required
-15 years substantial fashion-buying merchandising experience in branded fashion goods preferably within the apparel areas. working experience in China market is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and background in merchandising.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
- A team player who is also a leader with strong organizational/communication skills.
- Bachelor degree or above
