Function:
Export & Import Customer Service in a Freight Forwarder;
Follow-up from start-to-end of the execution and accomplishment of service delivery;
Contact with customers, shipping lines, truck companies, customs brokers, sub-agents, inspection companies, warehouses and others;
Networking with colleagues of different offices & markets worldwide.

Location:
Shanghai, Xujiahui Road ( 1 minute away from subway station in Madang Road )

Language Skills:
Must be proficient in Mandarin and in English – written and spoken – mandatory.
Non-English Speakers will not be eligible however other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese or others may also be considered.
Interview will be in English (Spanish, French or Portuguese is OK as well - candidates not speaking at least one of these languages will not be eligible for interview)

Work Experience:
More than 3 years of previous experience in a Freight Forwarder (preffered) / Shipping Lines (preffered) / Logistic Operator or similar - mandatory
Must have solid knowledge of both export and imports – Sea & Air shipments and know all the documentation required for transport – mandatory.

Education:
Advanced education in either Logistics, Maritime Transports, Supply Chain, International Trade or similar are preffered.
Completed senior high school - mandatory.

Other Skills:
Must know how to work with Outlook / MS Office Programs & Tools - mandatory.
