职位描述
Responsiblities:
1. Prepare travel itinerary, meeting schedule and maintain the calendar for VP/GM APAC, DX.
2. Communicate the instruction of VP/GM APAC, DX to the department manager/director accurately. Coordinate and support cross-functional meetings.
3. Answer telephone calls and takes messages when supervisor is not available. Handle the documents for supervisors’ signature.
4. Assist to the supervisors with daily affairs.
5. Keep close communication with people from headquarter or different divisions and BUs. Coordinate and support cross-functional meetings, seminars and workshop.
6. Assist in visa application; trip arrangement and meeting arrangement for oversee visitors.
7. Support administrative affairs when needed.
8. Support other senior leadership members upon direction from direct supervisor
Qualitfications:
1. 3+ years of secretarial experience in a foreign company;
2. Good communication and organization skills;
3. Ability to work independently to anticipate needs, take initiative, adapt to new situations, and overcome obstacles to get things done;
4. Proficient English both in oral and written;
5. Good computer skills, especially MS office.
