Design Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities
· Ensure that the briefing documentation is complete and consistent across the various projects and complies with in house standards.
· Assist the Project Manager to define deliverables, drawing lists, specification types and the like.
· Attend design workshops and ensure deliverable targets are being met and that design issues are being consistently addressed across the projects.
· Integrate in house specialisms IT/AV/Security and the like
· Establish design responsibility matrixes between Designers, and Contractors Designers.
· Reconfirm the design is compliant with the brief at various Gateways
· Manage the Interior Design and ensure consistency of approach and components across a number of concurrent projects.
· Liaison with client's representatives, and coordination with internal and external customers

Requirements
· Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Environmental Design or other relevant streams,architecture background preferred
· 5~10 years professional working experience on high quality planning, design and management work with major consultants
· Experience on large scale Retail Mall and Fit-Out projects preferred
· Proficient in AutoCad and PhotoShop
· Good Communication and management skills
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written
