Job role:
As Facility Manager you will work within the Facility Management Team for a Commercial Building in Shanghai
You will be responsible to deliver the facilities management, hard and soft operations services in client's building including mission-critical systems, covering management, operation, planned maintenance and repair of building systems, facility services and emergency call out procedures that ensure the delivery of an efficient, safe and cost effective facility that meets the required objectives of the customers.
Job duties:
- To improve customer satisfaction and provide CRE/customer interface for facilities & technical issues on the client's building.
- To be the primary point of contact for day to day operations of client's building.
- To manage soft/hard maintenance/service contracts and monitor contractor's performance.
- To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the planned maintenance and reactive maintenance & repair works.
- To deliver continuous operations improvement in facilities direction and management process.
- To deliver services demonstrating value for money.
- To assure team adherence to incident management, escalation and notification procedure and delivery prompt problem resolution.
- To plan and implement environmental & energy efficiency initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree.
- Professional Membership in IFMA / RICS.
- Chartered Engineer is an advantage.
- Post Degree: 6 years relevant experience or above.
- APC Passed: 4 years relevant experience or above.
- Excellent communications, both verbal and written in Chinese & English.
- Interpersonal & Proactive.
- Hold others accountable for their actions.
- Use open probing and reflective questions.
- Teamwork and Leadership.
- Requires a good understanding of how the products in the product line/functional operations collectively interrelate to contribute to providing the right solution to the client/business.
